    No that's something I know nothing about. If I did that it looks like I would have to do the flap like that too so they would match. The flap TE turned out OK.

    I am finishing up a wing on this, my first GS build and although I had the aileron pinned down tight on a very flat table I still had some bow in the trailing edge when I unpinned it.. Is there an easy way to correct this before covering ? Thanks to all who respond even if I don't respond to...

    I am building my first giant scale model ( 1/3 scale Balsa Super Cub) and am seeking advice on splicing, reinforcing, etc. Sometimes I run across a situation such as splicing a false spar or something similar and the plans do not call for any reinforcing but I think it would make things stronger...

    I have checked it out and it will help me tremendously but can you confirm that the aforementioned 2 1/4" spruce is glued to the spar on either side between the 2 metal straps? Remember, I am operating on about 25% of normal sight and blind in the other eye. Dave

    Does anyone out there that has built a Balsa 1/3 SC and took photos of the build help me with step 10 on the wing build concerning the placement of the 5/16" X 3/4" X 2 1/4" spruce piece that glues to the spar ? I am legally blind and just can't see the "B-B" section on the wing plans good...
