74" Edge 540

I think I remember reading that the CG on the 74" Edge is 5.25" from the leading edge at the wing root. Is that right?

If you can get the CG range between 4.5" and 5.25" from the wing root you should be OK. I say start with it forward and work backwards till you feel comfortable.

Thinking of going with the Motorofly DM4330-282 on 8S for my Edge? Believe the 4330 will allow me to run a 20x10 prop. Anyone else tried the 4330 on 8S with any other 70" planes?

I've heard nothing but good stuff about that motor, and the 74" Edge definitely likes a big motor up front!
