Working on aDA carb does any one know the pop off pressure of the carb. Thanks. It's a walboro.

I have heard that 10 psi to "pop" the seat and 4 or 5 psi when it "re-seats" works well for our applications. I have never heard or seen what walbro or tollitson actually sets as a "factory" setting.

I read a post by pe reivers on that other forum about this, and before it devolved into name calling and threatening like most engine discussions do over there, he had posted that the pressure for our use should be no less than 14 or idle performance suffers. He added that 30 was no problem at all. Pe was a sharp guy that usually knew his chit.

6083.jpg 6084.jpg Dinged my right wheel pant on my 3DHS Extra 330 yesterday evening on a landing so some internal glass work was in order to restrengthen the connection point. Looks like new!:)

Ahhh Yes! The good old days..........

Ok so i got a delma on my hands,,, this weekend.. do I stay home and work on my 105 laser and 106 edge since the motor mishapps the past two weeks.. or do I go to a flying buddys house and rip out the shelf in my trailer and redo it so I can haul all 4 of my 100cc planes 2 on floor and 2 on shelf... instead of having to haul all 4 of them on bottom with stabs off, which is a major pain in my you know, I kind of screwed up on the trailer when i built it and over tought the shelf and made it two high and I cant get 100cc or a 89 slick on it,, so its time for a remodel
Boy. Don't that sound like a "First World" problem!

Worked on the 39" TH Crack Yak here and there.....glue a piece, work on graphics while it was drying and so on. Be ready for servos and the top and bottom vertical fuse once it dries good.

I'm liking the Foam Tac glue that @pawnshopmike told me about...more than the welders glue:)
