Scale Where's the builds?

How about a spot in the build section which links any build regardless of where it is started. Most often I hit the build link, see the ARF's and leave. The only exception is when I am working on my build but then I am only on that page.
I just think it would be nice to see the actual builds separate from the ARF's. I personally don't like all the click, click, click, trying to find one. But hey, I am just one guy, the site is fantastic, I definitely don't miss all the B.S. on the others. Thank you Bart for your time, effort, and consideration. It is well appreciated.

Actually after thinking about my last post I think the point got sidetracked. Here is my point, click forums, scroll down to building boards, click on build threads, and count the number of ARF's on the first page, gotta be 75% assemblies versus 25% build.

I find myself visiting RCSCALEBUILDER.COM frequently. Lots of interesting build threads and "how to" forums.

please ask yourself, would it be better for us to send our members to RCSB or to let RCSB members know what a great site we've got here and that our members would love to see their build projects???

although the plane in this thread was an ARF at one time I think the build section was appropriate.

That is a good example of an ARF becoming a good build thread. And that post is also a good example of why I would love a dedicated build section, maybe even just be a link to where the build is but absolutely no out of the box assemblies.. It is to time consuming and just not fun sorting through everything to find something interesting going on build wise.
I like GSN so much more than any other forum, I like everything about how it is set up, it's ease, functionality, and the lack of BS. I just think it would be nice to be able to easily find a build thread. So go here, http://www.giantscalenews.com/threa...threads-be-poll-please-vote.8448/#post-187980, and vote for a dedicated build section.

@Bartman, if you want to see more builders and scale guys come here, make the build section dedicated to builds. I had a number of guys follow me on my exodus of a couple other forums but they landed on RCSB because of the build section. I like it here and plan on staying and absolutely know more would also if builds were easier to see. I am close to being caught up on other duties and look forward to finishing the Challenger. I plan on doing a 50% or larger, absolute scale, build of the Bulldog II at that time.

Like these streetrodders that "build" a 32 ford. Fiberglass body, pre fab frame, bolt the rest together from parts from speedway and jegs. Then they go to the carshows and win all of the trophys with their erector set car with not one original ford part on it. Sorry, I was ramblin on again......
