EF 60” Extra - Glued the pieces of F4 (Not counting the firewall) back together and traced out a pattern. Going to use some 1/16” balsa for additional reinforcement and help tie it back into the fuse.

Wow that looks like a pretty big unit and interesting. Never owed one and have never flown one. Nobody in club has one it would nice to have in the club just to see how it works.

It's a 500 size utility drone. They are pretty cool with all the technology these days.

The 3D ones are even more fun!!, I have one that will do everything a 3D heli will do, even hover inverted. That particular one has reversing motors, so in an instant, the motors reverse direction when I flip it upside down.

It looks like the technology in these machines are quite advanced compared to what we have in our planes. Looks real interesting to play with.

Still working on the Factor-30cc it is comming a long it is starting to look like a plane again. Just have to run down to the LHS to pick up some covering and it is Monocoat for this plane have not worked with monocoat so this should be interesting have always worked with Ultacoat.

I use both. Like both. Monocote is a bit strange as when you heat it to shrink it almost gets more loose then as it cools tightens up. That has been my experience anyway. I use an iron at about 280 degreees to put it down. Trim solvent works well to seal edges, but don’t use it alone to place trim, otherwise you will place it once and it will be there permanently. I use a combination of trim solvent and windex for trimming.
