We used to have a guy at one of the clubs I fly at that would always yell, "Lower" when we were attempting some wannabe 3D stuff or some times he would yell "Faster" when we did high speed fly byes.

He is no longer with us, but I still remember him doing that. It is as if I sometimes hear him saying that today in the back of my mind. I always got a kick out of it. The thing is, I would never get any lower, maybe a little faster at times. :D

I know I yelled it at you a couple times at the club fun fly last year when you had the mojo65 in the air.

I remember being in Florida at a club for a swap meet/fly in while I was there for a year. I was doing a rolling harrier with a parkmaster about ten feet off the deck. I hear this guy yell LOWER!!!!! so I went down to three feet... LOWWWWEEEERRRR!!!! one foot.... LOWERRRRR!!!!!! -0.05 feet LOL it was very funny. I'll never forget it. I love taunting people at the field all in good fun of course

Goes back to the fun-fly limbo days. Plenty of taunting going on then. One year we had 3 people in a tie at 3'. The rule was once down that low you had to start all over from the top but this time inverted. Only one survived.
They don’t do fun stuff like that anymore. My club is supposed to be doing a fun fly early June where there will be guys flys little foamies for people to shoot at with paint ball guns. Should be a fun time.

At last I can post on this thread. made it to the flying field without getting stuck the ground was pretty good. The runway was pretty wet and so was the pits. But that didn’t matter got the plane out and did some really good and enjoyable flights. Man is it good to get back in the air. Clear skies just a little wind 10 to 15 which was just fine. Plane flew well and went home happy cannot wait for the next outing.

I like 'em "BIG"!
I took today off work so I could rest and recuperate. I really needed it. I also needed to get some flying in. What better plane to take out but the Baby Yak with the newly installed DLE 61.

I am really liking this plane. Mostly because it is so forgiving, and it is so "factual". I say that because it always allows me the time to work with what ever maneuver I am doing. It just simply "does" it. The new DLE 61 performed flawlessly. As if I had any doubts. On the third flight after sitting for about half an hour, I reached over to it...no choke, flipped it once and tik tik tik....just like a clock. And by the third flight, it had actually gained in performance. I think it is going to be a good fit for this plane.
