Damn I'm hungry
Echo 225 is a great trimmer. I bought one seven years ago and it has ran like a champ. I put stabil in all my fuel and at the end of the season I don’t even run the trimmer empty. I just hang on the wall and wait till the next season. Even after sitting it’s just like every other start. Prime the carb, turn switch on, choke on, third pull it fires right up, let it warm up for about 30 seconds then go reek havoc on the weeds.

Just got finished with the Echo......It fired off on the first pull (choke on) and started on the first pull. Of the three trimmers I serviced the Sthil took a few more pulls to get going. All three trimers had kill switch issues (loose or broken wires), rock hard plumbing, fouled plugs and leaky or broken carbs. The owner (of all three) is happy now :). All three running like new until next time .

Wow! What a mind blowing talent that red head has.

Thought my first response was a wee bit too graphic. But :yesss: that read head will blow your mind amongst other things LOL.

Well the Tigerdrive worked great and I was able to get a solid tune on the TRX3.3 over the weekend. Last night I did a little DIY project to power my starter motor. I had a couple of Pulse 2s 5000 packs that I managed to discharge to 0.00v somehow :eek: but was able to recover them :oblong: I don't use packs that have gone to 0.00v and recovered in my airplanes, so these were basically sitting around, completely useless.

Until last night when I thought they would work GREAT for my starter motor. Since 2s LiPo isn't enough kick for these 12v motors, I made a series adapter out of the cable on the starter to give me a 4s 5000 pack that the starter will run on. I then found an old motor box tin that was being useless so I drilled 4 holes for bolts and drilled a large hole to pass the battery wires out of, then used 2 large battery straps I had on hand to secure the lid closed.

Works great, cranking speed is even higher now and I was able to get the engine to fire on its own without the glow igniter inserted, for just a quick second :eek::ooh?::peace-out:

Nice looking vehicle been looking at one of them instead of a mini van. How do like yours and what made you shoes it over the suburban. Is that the Max you have.. have had a chance to check the gas mileage on it jet.

No on the extended length (Max), I kept my F350 Superduty (long bed and 4 door) so not a lot of need for additional room. It's showing 16-17 mpg on average but is still very new. About $70k in the Limited version, i have no idea what a mini van would cost.

I rented one a couple of weeks ago had to do some traveling with all the family. It was the max, loved the car and it is probably the best traveling car I have driven. I guess for the size and the comfort that kind of mileage is not bad. The mini van is about 40 to 45 so quite a bit less but half the car. Thanks for the reply.

Well do not know what is wrong with me but I have been down to the work shop several times wanting to work on a plane. I walk around look at stuff and just do not have any interest right now to do any thing in the shop. I have a friends plane down in the shop and have to remove the hole font end up to the wind shield to accommodate the new 50cc Gaui engine. But all I do is just look at it.
