Thanks for all the input but yes I should see if I like the taste first me and my wife or it will not be good idea. Thanks again.

Couple of left over steaks from tonight, maybe the kids will find them after hunger pushes them away from their PlayStation.

Most of a bag of charcoal then lots of oak pieces until the grates glowed red. 3 minutes then 2 minutes then sit for 5 while the sweet potatoes finish. I like my steaks kosher salted for 30 and room temp before they hit the grill.

The slightest hint of red inside full pink meat, they made our mouths water before we bit in.

Yes sir coming up to room temp i have found is the big trick to cooking them envyingly.

Damn I'm hungry
That's how we do them on the egg. Very important to let it stand for 5 or so minutes when it comes off the fire. Lets it finish cooking inside for that moist juicy pink in the middle. Darn it I'm hungry for another! DEREK!!!lol

Cleaned up my winter ski plane and it is going to be hung up in the garage for the summer. Did not do much flying it was a waste of time getting the plane ready for the winter hopefully next winter will be better.
