I've assigned myself as the lead plumber on a couple of big difficult projects recently (Dec - Feb) and am working a huge amount of hours. My no beer during the week rule has been forgotten about. No weight gain but I'm pushing my luck.

Sometimes you gotta jump in the middle and make sure a tough project gets done right. Sounds like some great opportunities for some mentoring so you can go back to your “leisure” activities. LOL.
