Received the new battery cables from PowerBox Americas, and two new Spektrum satellite receivers from the local hobby shop earlier this week.
Great service from both!
Was a bit cold here yesterday afternoon, so I spent some time playing on the kitchen table, before moving to the shop.
Need to tidy up a few wires, but the PowerBox is installed in the Python and working.
Moving on to servo matching later today.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

No photo but my mom sent me a banana walnut bread bread in the mail since we chose not to travel this year. Awesome desert. A country woman, mother of 7, my mom is a world class cook. This cake will be treasured for days, my kids and I agreed upon a truce and very explicit rules on dividing this.

New to this site and enjoy seeing everyone’s projects. Recent delivery for me is a Kingcraft Super Stearman arf. Loving the scale details and challenges of the build so far. Think I’ll be ordering a Biela prop as a nice look to the bird? Thanks

Picked this little gadget up at the local hobby shop. Really neat!

In addition to the basics of battery checking for all cells, one feature I found particularly useful is driving servos either full range or one step at a time.

And while playing in the shop I can charge my cell phone.

Yes those are great. Especially if you have the Spektrum Smart batteries.
