Scale Bud Nosen 1/4 Scale Cub?

One of the areas that was hanging me up was the wing tip. I got that figured out, I think! I also used 2" sheeting for the bottom leading edge sheeting and butted it up against the back of the leading edge, instead of overlapping the leading edge. With the curved bottom of the ribs, I believe this is the right move, and more conventional build method. And 2" was a great fit. The rear brace on the wing tip is also an addition.

Looks good!

Can't just go over the plans. The tip of the aileron is tapered upwards. I think I'm going to try and build it upside down and see how it turns out. If its a failure, I'll be cutting new parts!

I would shim the two outboard ribs while the remainder of the aileron is flat. Here is a photo of a BUSA Super Cub wing, same as the Cub except add flaps. The aileron is flat to it's edge, yours is a little different. I think I would build it flat and add the two remaining ribs while inverted if shimming isn't possible.

Finally got the aileron built. Here's the method I used. It worked out good.
