Any ideas on how to serrate the lower aluminumm windshield strip?

Drawings. Need to start with a curved piece. Your windshield already has the detail, will you cover it up?

Tony, you are correct. I will use the pre molded area as is. I trimmed back the plastic screen to expose the address for future painting.

I need a few knees as well, right now still getting shots, my last shots were 12/31/24, my left knee was hurting after cutting some grass yesterday. A few Miller Lights helps to forget!
I thought the detail on the BUSA windshield was very nice. I think a bead roller would be required to make a nice aluminum version.
