thank you all. just checked the wheels and it says 50 PSI.

Home built 5x10. Used 1" cantris for rails and 3/4" ply for shelves. And areo shocks for holding the planes. Great cheap trailer

Can you guys share what LED strips you're using? I got mine off of amazon, and was fairly disappointed... they are much more "blue" than expected, and not very bright for lighting a trailer. More accent lighting than anything. This is what I bought:

You need similar LED's like these 5050's. You got 3528's which relates to the size of the LED. I have these and they light my trailer very well.



I used 2 10' strips.

Finally able to get a few pictures of the inside. The trailer is still very much a work in progress but it works and is better than stuffing everything in my car. I chose L-track for the tie down system...it is expensive but works better for my needs and also the vertical mounted rails can be mounted direct to my steel wall studs...something E-track couldn't do correctly in this configuration as my studs are only 1" wide and E-track is much wider than that.

Here is how I am securing the planes right now. I had been using Gear Ties (the orange rubber coated wire ties) and that worked quite well. The I found these Husky Velcro things sold at Home Depot to hang hoses, cords, and misc gear that looked like a good option. They are rated for very high loads so I don't think I'll have a problem...first trip to field today so we'll find out. I really like them if they work, they are fast, flexible, and relatively cheap ($4-5 each)!

Built a red-neck A/c for the trailer today

roof units are 1k and portables are in the way/more expensive/less efficient..

Got a 100.00 5100BTU window unit. Built a 5" deep 1" thick insulation foam box.

Reducer going from 6"-4" hose vented through the floor..

total cost 145.00$$

We shall see how well it does this weekend at the event.
