So what did you do to fix it?

Probably turned the carb back over.

Customers don't always tell the whole story in the beginning.....(where I work)LOL

Damn I'm hungry
Guys I will let the "cat " out of the bag. lol He had drilled the crank case so he could turn the carb around. In doing so he was slightly off center on the new bore and alignment was an issue. He simply oversized the new bore a bit and the engine now runs fine.

Just wanted to make a correction......The DA70 and 60 do not use an o ring like the DA 120 in the aluminum carb plate.

They do have recessed areas though so make sure the gasket aligns correctly as not to partially block it. Guess bolt spacing for the 120 is at a premium as not to allow a "channel" recess like the 70 and 60.
