A couple of quick questions for you Terry.
What type of glue are you using for your hinges?
I noticed you didn't seal your firewall. Do you typically not coat the firewall area?
Is there a way to relocate the main tank to be at the CG instead of in front of it?
Did you (or are you going to) seal your hinges?

Thanks Terry!

- 30min. Epoxy for hinges
- Engine box is already sealed, with a bottom carb on the engine there is no real purpose of further sealing it.
- You can put the tank wherever you want, I normally butt it against the wing tube, its only about 3" forward from there to give the fittings some room. Not going to be an issue as far as CG goes.
- I will be sealing the hinges on my plane with ultracote later on. It's not super critical as long as you use proper servos, all your linkages are tight and you don't have excessive hinge gap. You can however feel the difference if they are gap sealed, admittedly I don't do it to all my planes.

Great videos man when your done you should put them into 1 long video titled ultimate arf assembly guide or something like that.

My only question and I don't want this to sound negative or mean but with your semingly perfection assembly standards why does the canopy cut into that black trim strip at the front? I was expecting you to trim it so that it wouldn't be so noticeable. Again not trying be rude or anything just wondering your opinion on that I guess.

I'll be using a bunch of your tips n tricks on my new build here shortly I agree with everyone videos are war better then pictures thank you for the time your taking contributing great videos for the community.

I'm going to point the finger at China, Herve is on this so the next batch get's the line painted on the canopies. They did it on the prototype and somehow forgot about it on the production ones .

I would NOT suggest trimming the canopy as there is not much there for the canopy to hold to in the first place. You can iron on a piece of ultracote using a low temp, or a thin line of paint. I'll be painting my stripe on there with some black lacquer as it's very user friendly and lays down much thinner than other rattle can paints. The strip is only about 3/16" wide and tapers to nothing.
