If you had $1000.00 to spend on a charger and power supply, what would you buy?

I've been thinking about upgrading my charger and power supply. Right now I'm using a Hitec X4 Eighty and a 25 amp 12V power supply. I don't charge any really large packs but I like being able to charge them fast. Largest packs I have right now are 4s 3300. But some of my packs have a 12c charge rating. So my x4 Eighty can't even come close to maxing out the charge rating on my larger packs. But I do like the fact that I can charge 4 packs at a time.

So....what would you guys do if you had a $1000.00 budget to play with?

The Graupner stuff looks interesting and is expensive but my Turnigy mega 300 watt dual gets er done with a custom 35amp power supply I built.

I use a 20 amp 12v Pyramid power supply and a Hitec X4-80 charger. I don't have any really big batteries either but being able to charge 4 at once is nice! Not much of a Hitec fan but I really like that charger, it's pretty inexpensive as well.

With that budget I would get a Dual PowerLab8 with a bump controller and two 24v 55 amp 1320 watt power supplies and have money left. That way you can sit in the comfort of your lawn chair and check the charge status of your batteries with your phone!

Now that I told you what I'd do with that budget, what I'd really do is a single PowerLab 8 with a Bump Controller and a single 24v power supply for around $600.

A couple of guys at the field were beta testing the Bump Controller and the developer is also in the club. It's a pretty cool piece!
