MEDIA BLITZ! FLI New Jersey & 3DRCForums - 38 Competition

The first evening of the event is transitioning from day to dusk. Planes are still flying, but what an awesome start to this event. The flying started early, but we arrived around mid-day.

some flying photos... first, our own NJSwede offering his plane up to the FLI gods on his first flight of the event. This is said to bring good luck to all of us here for the rest of the weekend

It's been a lot of fun out here in NJ! It's also been hot and humid (A fact of which is costing my a steak dinner for Gyro (don't gamble kids)) I myself got in with Gyro around noon then drove 2 hours to the field from JFK. Lots of good flying going on already along with some good qualifying flights for the 3DRCF 38. Looking forward to the next few days with y'all!

He picked up a new one from Noll, he'll be flying a 51" again tomorrow. If there is ever a time to crash, it's when the trailer of awesome is in the parking lot!

Thanks for the pics guys. Looks like a blast. I actually flew into JFK yesterday an am leaving LGA today for DEN at 0800. Look for a DAL A320 doing a KE pass over the field at about 0845! I wish. Once in a career I guess! I'll be lookin down on the morning fun. Enjoy and keep the pics n vids coming.
