Yup, Nitro.

I spent 3-4 hours cleaning/detailing the T-Maxx, it looks almost like new again. It really needed it, there was a lot of gunk all over everything from whomever drove it last (years ago).

And I had a very large assortment of T-Maxx and Revo parts show up yesterday, so I got to work fitting those to the Revo, and went for a little drive :)

So what's considered giant scale in the Rc car world? I use to have a t maxx and stampede but sold them long ago. They were always fun just no time for them when I started flying.

1/7 scale and bigger. The Traxxas X-Maxx is probably the most affordable big scale truck and comes RTR in the new 8S variant for under a grandy, plus $200+ for batteries. The 1/5 scale trucks are the biggest and baddest, and most expensive. The guys that race the 1/5 trucks usually go through steering servos like candy, even our $435 HS-1005SGT. If you want to be competitive with the 1/5 trucks in racing, it's all about spending more on your truck than the other guys :oblong:

That's just about the only thing keeping me away from 1/5 cars, they're expensive and maintenance hungry.

Can you believe this it was raining 3 days ago. This morning get out of bed and is -10C and we have at least 4 inches of snow and still snowing. Was getting excited to fly in the next week or so but not.
