I went out on Saturday, 15 MPH winds, Weather.com said 7 MPH when I checked in the morning. Had to fly anyway after driving a hour to the field. On the second flight I hit a hole in the runway made from skunks feasting on grubs. Stopped the plane dead and bent the landing gear back. Can't image getting many more flights this year since I'm starting a bathroom remodel at daughter's house today.

Hobby room starting to clear out. Plenty of room for toys.

The mill looks good in its location.

That's looking real nice. I had a job over the weekend where a larger lathe was in order, was thinking about your lathe while the part was spinning. Had to remove the DRO to make the part fit.

Modeled and printed a couple of mounts for MPX 6 pin connectors for the side of the fuse for the Turbo Duster. Only took one set of test prints to get it right. This will make setup easier and quicker when only trying to get a couple flights in during my lunch break. The wing side will stay loose for now but I may at some point design and print a mount for the wing side that would allow it to plug itself in when installing the wing. I think my favorite part over all though is how clean this allowed me to make the inside of the fuse look.

If anyone would like a set for themselves and has access to a printer just send me a PM with your email address and I will gladly send you the STL files.
