OK...I'll correct your (possibly) "incorrect" information........ You could possibly be correct in this pilots situation (hitting the ES building) ...BUT if he purchased his multi "on or after December 21...legally by the FAA.... he MUST register immediately before he can fly..... you have until Feb. 19 to register if your RC aircraft was owned before Dec. 21.
