    And that is with flight systems, not a test rig. I used a Spectrum 9110 Powersafe Rx and a Castle BEC Pro regulated to 8.5v with a 3S 1500 battery for power.

    This is the test rig. It has 3D printed mounts and uses 3S and a BEC Pro regulated to 8.5v.

    That is 568 oz in. It is a Savox 2231 on regulated 8.5 v. The 2270's pulled 29.5 pounds.

    I propose a test. Cut some of each to the same length, say 4 inches. Put them a jar of gas for a week and see which one changed.

    Google Tygon chemical compatibility. It is not really suitable for gasoline or ethanol. I use aluminum tubing as much a possible and just use Viton where flex is necessary and exposed to gas.

    The problem is few muffler flanges have enough meat to cut the groove. The Viton Orings were $10 for a bag of 50. Viton is good to 400F btw.

    As seen in that vid, I do use a brass tube. Clearly on a long gravity fall rate downline it could be an issue. But 99% of the time it is not.

    A few years ago I modified a set of DA-120 stock type mufflers to accept a Viton O ring. It is still leak free today ( traded them to another gent).

    We make vacuum seals for the semiconductor business and all the O rings are Viton. It really is an amazing material, there is very little that effects it.

    Throttle servo?

    I run 3S lipo's regulated to 8.5V on everything, and always keep the throttle spring on. The Hitec 5665 or 5685 is my choice. I don't think any gasser can respond faster than a 5685.
