I'm using grade 8 1/4" bolts 4" long to fashion my axles, 130000 psi yield. The wheels are Dubro 5 1/2" foam tires, the wheels are very close to full scale tire proportions. Each time after cooling the engine starts on the first flip and runs great, I tried to restart after the first flight, no dice.
