    RCGF 120

Being on mobile, I had no idea where you were hailing from, until just a bit ago, when I turned my phone sideways. Yeah, being overseas, Joe may not be of much help. He helped me greatly. My exhaust bolts were just fine, length wise. Your prop stud being bigger in diameter, could possibly be...

    RCGF 120

Send it to Joe, at RCGF USA. He fixed mine up, and it has been rock solid since. No issues, no pre ignition, it doesnt bite. 4-6 on choke, 3 off.

Doubt I do anything this weekend downstairs, as OT happens at work. May be getting a covering job in this winter on a 40% Carden Extra.

    Sport Building table/board

My bench is 4x8, 3/4" ply, with a sheet of tempered 3/16" glass on top. 1" pine trim protects the glass edge.

    Favorite connectors

APP are crap. Deans, EC2,3 and 5. A good quality gold plated plug works great!

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

Working on an electric B2 Bomber. Setting it up on a system I havent used before. Supposed to have 11 servos onboard, but I removed 1 to replace a burnt up retract servo. Really wish that this low end F type radio had servo speed capability. Retracts are WAAAAYYYYYYYY too fast. If I keep...

Help me get excited about the hobby again!

You will have to find that motivation for yourself. Look at all the facets that the hobby has to offer, and then choose one. I'm getting burnt out on 3D flying. So, I have a 94" TDRC model of the FW 190 for this winters project. I also fly electric dusted fans, float planes and 700 sized...

    Rebuilding the Yak...again.

Wish I would have never sold my 108" Yak 55M. Best friggin flying airplane I owned. EME 120 was more than adaquete for power. Don't get caught up on looks, flyability is what I'm after. Look at the Corvus Racer. Noone likes the "Concept" scheme, but I do, and that airplane tracks like it is...

    New Engine Break-In

My RCGF was the same way. Minimal oil in the cylinders. If you followed my thread on it, mine locked up in 3 mins, while flying. If I was going to run that engine on the ground, it wouldnt have lasted that long, I feel. It sounded awesome on the ground, and transitioned ultra well! So, I...

Try a cooler thermostat. They typically come with 185 or 195F temp thermostats. It is very possible that your radiator is plugged up, from the outside, thru the fins. Could also need a flush and fill. Wouldn't hurt to have the transmission serviced as well. My '14 F-150 with the 3.7L...
