Put together a test station for when I'm training new guys at work. Most come from construction and know nothing about a machine control circuits. This way I can get them to draw up circuits first then actually build them to see it work.

What kind of things was he claiming. DLA though is one of the many out there that is basically a knock off of a dle.

Scale 1/3 Scale Extra 330L Build.

I've never used straight ammonia to bend the sheeting just always used real windex that has ammonia in it and it works great. straight ammonia may work even better though. Fuse looks great and hope you figure out the cowl issue.

Well that’s no good. Just a thought maybe it was made that way to provide an air exit on the bottom without having to cut holes. May be way wrong on that and don’t think it would exactly look wall that great but just a thought.

On the OS 22 it tunes just fine. I say rear exhaust for the tbm just for how narrow the cowl is. From the one my buddy has I feel the side of the cowl would need to be cut to even get a Pitts style muffler on it but I could be wrong. I have yet to own one but all my Probro buddies that have had...

I still like just a good old dle20 and for that TBM I would go with the rear exhaust version. Some of the probros are in love the the OS 22. I have flown it and yes it makes a little more power but not worth the extra cost IMHO.

Yup. I see myself towing up my buddies big ass scale glider then after the release just doing silly 3D stuff while he is catching thermals.

Nice score there bud. You made out great with all that for that price. Now you need to make a trip to Lowe’s or Home Depot whatever is around you to get the material to build a nice balsa storage system.

Man why have I never thought to use my router table when doing the round over on surfaces. Would have saved so much time sanding.

    Hard and Crash Landings

I always find it hilarious to watch scale guys fly. The build beautiful birds and once in the air they fly them nice and smooth normally but time for landing and its like they activate a porpoising switch and you know there is no chance.

Report back from my drive this morning. Running anywhere from 65-70mph on the interstate there is just barely noticeable road noise compared to the tires I had on it before, and after about 10 minutes I didn't notice it anymore. One thing I will say with them after a couple trips up and down my...

I would say most of the more recent stuff could probably bring half its value new trying to resell. The older stuff though its all a crap shoot. Some may not bring much and some may be worth quite a bit. Biggest thing I see for you guys trying to resell on RCG is shipping cost getting the stuff...

Yes we have been talking about getting the truck painted this summer. Just would be a cheap Macco job as the truck isn’t worth putting a super nice paint job on it. Or I might try to do it myself.
