    actually I was going to use the first gears but I decided to get the smaller one for better fit, , also the gear teeth are smaller and more of them I will check to see what the actual ratio is

    good point but these are being used on the ailerons only, the flaps will actually be operated with true Hydraulic cylinders As for servos operating at 120 degrees hmmm I don't think so total 90 degrees at best , correct me if I am wrong

    its getting there waiting for the servo mount on the print table, , this will be mounted on a piece of plywood between two ribs so I can remove the servo if need be

    thank you , yes your right , and prototypes many times goes to the bin, but well worth it, , I couldn't see myself assembling ARF's LOL, although , some of them are rather quite interesting

    yes very good point, but too late now , so considering the torque needed to operate the ailerons is very little, yes my fingers are crossed lol
