Trust me, I've "laughed" off my share!! Some times I don't know what hurt more, piling in my own pride and joy or watching someone else doing it!! But hey, we all know its part of this hobby!!

Giant Scale RC Why do this? Seriously??

One reason I don't do it, to be better than anyone else in the hobby. I don't look down my nose at guys flying the smaller planes. It has nothing to do with the price of our toys, its just that I wanted to go big and could so I did. I dislike guys that think they are the best cause they got the...

Giant Scale RC Why do this? Seriously??

For me, sanity! Waiting for doctors to put my spine back together I needed something to ocupie my time and get my mind off of the pain. That's how it started for me. Ya, I could have built smaller planes, and did but the excitement wasn't the same for them anymore, even helicopters didn't do it...

    Have to laugh!

Looking through Sleep's pictures of Joe Nall I see guys from that "other" site wearing their T shirts. It doesn't stop Steve from taking the picture. Now I go to the "other" site (I admit it, I just had to see more of Joe Nall!) and can't find a single picture that has someone or something of...

    Static and Monokote

I used it on offset printing press's, it had to be glass smooth. Maybe it was a special type. I know we just "dusted" it on, no build up.

    Static and Monokote

The cowl is what I'm thinking of. When I worked we used a lot 3M spray adhesive when we had to put a plastic mylar on to a steel cylinder, when it had to come off it was a real problem to remove. It held on real good. I just wonder if it could take the sun.
