    Mixing question

Instead of adding weight, move your heaviest item forward. Moving your engine fwd 1/8" will change your cg, but not drastically. I dont like adding dead weight to an airplane.

IMAC Double Build, Carden Pro 124" Extra 300 40%

You really only need 1 anti rotation pin. If I remember correct, on both my Cardens, the anti rotation pin is just in foam, the balsa root supports the pin. I think the root cap went on prior to the sheeting, on both my Cardens.

IMAC Double Build, Carden Pro 124" Extra 300 40%

I went to Secraft wing nuts. Wings on my MX2 dont come loose again. I just never understood the concept behind just using 2 retainers for retention and anti rotation.

    Muffler problem.

Because if using mufflers, noise diverters, stock exhaust or whatever you want to call it, most times, if not all the time, you have bolts that go into the muffler itself.

IMAC Double Build, Carden Pro 124" Extra 300 40%

I dont think they sell just the wing retainers... I know they sell the 6mm threaded nuts, which are near junk, honestly... Best bet is to do a single anti rotation dowel pin, and then 2 bolts for retention to the fuse, much like the Dalton you fly. But if I recall, the Dalton uses 2 dowels...

    Aerobeez "BANSHEE" 91" Slick build

Hate to see you lose it due to a piece of crap ez connector. I had one come apart on an elevator. Not my airplane, but I was flying it. Eventually means to me is that it will never happen. Change it now, or pay for it later, thats how I see it...

    Muffler problem.

Firstly, clean bolts and clean internal threads. Then surface (sand flat) the muffler manifold. Then apply copper permatex, slide your bolts with lock washers thru. Apply some copper permatex to the bolts and run them down. TFAR, That Feels About Right for torque. I use a long Bondous 4mm...
