Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, but it seems to me that those hinges should hold fine cut like that. By the way vacuum bagging is the coolest thing!- ericrs

3D Viper-ST 100-120cc scratch build......it continues!
I have not got to sheeting the stabs yet. I got the turtle deck, belly pan, and canopy deck sheeted tho. It's going a bit slow now because my work has picked up. I just did some very quick measuring on my stab and it looks like mine will be about the same. You might see what Terry says about it.- ericrs

I had to take about 1/8" off one side to get it to line up. It took a few test fits to get it right.- ericrs

Worked on the Viper tonight!:big-grin: Got the Turtle deck, belly pan, and canopy sheeting cut to size and taped together ready for vacuum bagging!! Thinking I might be able to get those things in the bag tomorrow. :cool:- ericrs

@Terryscustom I was working on putting the wing tubes in and I run into a bit of a problem. I haven't glued anything in yet. I have got them level with the top of the fuse, but when you sight down between the main wing and the stab they are off. I must have a slight twist in the fuselage. When...- ericrs
