    I have had a few DLE 30,s nice engines but are harder to set and very with temp changes. The EME 35's easier to set and very little change in settings from hot to cold temps when out flying Here are two short vids both EME engines are running stock mufflers, and 21X8 Zoar laminated ply props

    Jet Waco at Fentress NALF, 2014

    Be careful which silicone you use some of the red permatex silicone is very corrosive and will attack the aluminum services. I use this white cat high temp silicone that is non corrosive to aluminum

    Prop Bolt Torque

    I have never used a certain torgue value, other than tight by hand. Being a mech my entire life helps. I install the bolts tighten and go fly I really do not care about friction factor pitch YADA. Yada, Yada

    I just use what I have in my truck mainly Cat sealants. The minute I receive an engine the first thing I do is throw away the exhaust gasket.
