Faulty Hitec Repair!!!!
Man that really sucks for sure. I would think they would carry some sort of improper repair insurance. When I worked at a dealer if someone did not repair something correctly the dealer repaired the issue (again) and took care of any damages if any occurred. Aeroworks with ZDZ180
Joe, I have had issue in the past with the covering around exhaust openings. It was always a pain to keep it down. Since I have been using this http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXG853 it took away all issues.- jamesrxx951

I have one for my 40% wings. Overall they are really nice. Especially for the price. Only thing to look at is my strap handles broke out where they are sewed in. I need to have the wife try and fix it. Other than that you cannot beat the price.- jamesrxx951

Good save. Glad your plane was ok. That is one of the reasons i keep all the bolts for assembly and the tools for that plane in a servo box. Once all the bolts are missing they should be in the plane. Double check before the hatch goes on then i put the tools in the box and double check again.- jamesrxx951

Most of my setups were pretty much spot on. There may have been a spot or two that needed a click or two of middle trim adjustment but that was rare. What i do now is use a digital angle meter to set up throws on both servos with only one servo connected to the surface at a time. Joe, Have you removed any of the linkages to see if the hole matchs up correctly. With my JR brushless servos i found that using an amp meter is pretty useless for checking for binding. Can you get a Mejzlik spinner? They are the same concept with an aluminum back plate and these are what I believe a carbonfiber cone. They are a tad lighter than the no limits. I have several of both to compare to. The Mej is a little more money in the states than no limits though. Not sure...- jamesrxx951
