    I believe it is a Slimline Pitts, polished aluminum. I had to cut about 3/4 inch off the tips to make it work so I could get the cowling on and off.

    Just fired up my EME 60 yesterday on the 91 Extra. It took 4 flops on choke, pop! Then 3 more flops and it fired up! I ran close to a 20oz tank threw it on the ground. I barely had to tweak the needles to achieve smooth idle, transition, and top end. Not to shabby in my opinion. I hope to...

    I've heard the EME is a little smoother as well. I believe proper tunning and setup is the key, regardless if it's EME or DA.

    I've had/have the 87 Extra, 103 Extra, EF 88 Edge, EF 91 Extra, and the 89 Slick. The 89 is definitely my most comfortable plane to fly and the one I feel most locked into. Im slowly stsrting to feel that way with the 104.
