Bipenut that is awesome! Losing track of time like that is a sure sign that you are having fun. I'm grateful to say that losing track of time happens for me at work fairly regularly, so I feel blessed to be doing work that I love. Oh yeah, I lose track of time at the field hanging out with...

    3DHS and Extreme Flight Merger?

I highly doubt the plane will be covered with one piece. I would imagine it would be much more efficient to print multiple "right wing top", "right wing bottom", "elevator top", "elevator bottom", "left forward fuse side", "left rear fuse side", etc. pieces of film and then iron them on...think...

    Aerobeez 88" Slick 540 v2 (50cc)

I had this happen to me on my first gasser...a Goldwing Su-26. Fixed it the first time and it collapsed again...second time I fixed it with some creative plywood reinforcements and it has been solid every since. I had a few deadsticks as well, and the plane was starting to get heavy from all...

    The High speed Rolling Circle

yeah - that's some crazy stuff...that crankshaft was sick as well....and the knife edge spin was at such high speed I thought he was going to rip the tail off the plane!

one of my flying buddies brings a lawn chair to the flight line LOL (of course, he was flying a SIG Seniorita with a four stroke motor that would fly for over an hour at idle speed)...he flew it like a glider, really. :) there's gotta be a way you can fly sitting down! or on crutches? :)

    esc for 70" extra

It would be great for someone to follow up with experience regarding the ZTW ESC's...I've always liked these ESCs but I'd like to hear from someone who has tried it and found success in some of the problem configurations.

    Team 3DRCF Jacob "3dbandit" Pollak

Nice flying as usual Jacob...how is that airframe holding up under your aggressive flying style? How many flights so far and have you had to tweak anything? I especially loved that landing...very nice approach and touchdown..."smooth as butter" !! :bouncy:

    DLE 35RA Muffler bolts

My understanding is that the blue loctite will be useless in this application due to the heat. I've been told that red loctite (hi temp) is a better option for this application. I gotta say that I love this thread! it is a perfect example of how we can all come together, share our experience...
