I think I'm gonna start a build thread here in a bit to explain it all as there are quite a few other...

A little build therapy before work this morning. Really cool to assemble a CNC cut kit that you designed yourself and see everything fit like it should. Fuse has no glue on it yet that is just roughly laid out to see it all together.

I can’t imagine not having my welder at my house. Don’t use very often but when I do I’m glad I have it. Just a simple Millermatic 125 but it does the job.

    Yippee! What the postman brought

Yes all inside corners have to have a radius on them. He just told me on anything 1/4" or thinner that it needs a .031" radius and thicker than 1/4" needs a .063" radius. That leads me to believe that his smaller bit for thin stuff is .062" or 1/16" bit and his larger bit is .126" or 1/8" bit.

    Yippee! What the postman brought

It has gotten here yet but the postman will be bringing me this nice stuff. It’s a short kit for the small edge profile I designed and built a few years ago. I finally got it all into CAD and a buddy was kind enough to CNC cut a short kit for me. Once I know it all fits together properly then he...

    Sport Modified Diamond Dust Build

So there may be another slight change to my plans but this is still getting built. I have electronics already that would be perfect for a smaller wing than what I planned. So today at work I scaled these down even more. Got it down to a 27” span. With what I have on hand this should work well...

While that is a basic start there is lots more to the programming side of things. You should see my DLG program in my Taranis. It is extremely complex yet at the same time very simple compared to other pro F3K Pilots.
