    Hi Wayne. It's the servos. I have a separate filler line. Total of three, carb, air and fill. But since this is a parallel setup ALL are with aluminum T's.

    I've got an experimental prop from Mejzlik for a test trial it's about a 1/4" wider in diameter then the 29-13.5Q 2 blades it spools in about 6100-6200 rpm. The engine runs cooler smoother and the noise is even quitter.

    Carbon Propeller Repair

    Use the method bill wrote you. It's the one I'm using. The thin CA will glue the loos fiber the medium will fill the missing chunk. If you want to sand it use a razor knife and peel away the CA excess. Use a sandpaper and Then use a polish grade paste and polish it for best surface texture.

    I think it will be easier since the cone can swivel so all you'll need to do is just mark the blades location on the back plate and then attach the cone and make the slots for the blades with a contour gage for the exact shape of the blades, on the mark locations.
