Just about 2 inches. That's why I decided to not put a spinner on it. The motor mounts are sitting on the firewall, so no way to improve on that without hacking up the motor dome.- reyn3545

Why is it that threads like this never really die? If you feel like using 40 or 50 to one.... Go for it. DLE wouldn't warranty a failure anyway. Yes, it's raining, and it's 2 days before Christmas and I still have some last minute shopping to do... but I had to drag it out again for some reason. Here's my thoughts.... The club will probably require compliance The FAA has already released their opinion The AMA won't change that opinion, but they might combine registration processes I don't know how they plan to enforce, but I don't want to be "inspected" and found non compliant...- reyn3545
