    wow you have a good eye, yes indeed it was a bit of a problem but doable, using 2-56 screws , I should use allen heads with a ball.

    Actually, it was easy , when I came back from living in Italy, I called my daughter , (living in Moncton) with the grand kids, and told her find me a house , I'm coming LOL and been here for nearly 7 years but I actually retired 21 years ago.

    I agree, here in Canada on the east coast, we do get some rather long and cold winters, I use to heat the shop with a 4800 watt electric heater, two things it didn't do a good job and cost an arm an a leg to heat. Since I installed the mini split last fall I was able to test out its attributes...

    I did cut the front formers etc but here is cutting and assembling the sides , the temperature is 33c (91.4F) but last fall I installed a mini split 18000 btu heat pump in my garage (shop), so I'm working with a cool 22c (73f) with no humidity so I can stay all day in there LOL

    I would think there is because I have tried a few times on test pieces as in the video , and man if the wood breaks and not the glue from the plastic, it has to be as strong as on plywood
