    Don't get me wrong, the H9 flies awesome and is very 3d capable in the right hands just don't think it is good for learning 3d and more suited towards sports/imac. The nice thing about it though is it is probably the easiest plane there is to put together other than the elevator servo pockets...

    I can give you my .02 about the H9 extra. High energy type flying was great, plane flew on rails and was very sturdy as well with the foam wings/stabs. As for the slow stuff, it was very unstable in upright harrier but did a little better inverted. To me I wouldn't really call it a good 3d...

    I like to piddle and tinker and this keeps me occupied. The bonus is all the new people and friends you meet along the way! I did stop and do the math though, I'd have a lot more money if I never would have decided to stop in the hobby shop on a whim one day...that's for sure but you can't...

    If that plate helped I'd say spring for adding a nipple and then running a line back into the fuse. I'd be careful of closing that hole, could cause your carb to cook and lean out. You could try it real quick with some tape though. It's trial and error to see what works though. I had a plane...

    Yup!!! Those are probably going to go into my 88" edge though. I did just have a thought, and don't know why I haven't thought of it until now, but I have a 72" 3dhs extra that I could sell to purchase a DA70 and then bam, id have money for the engine and a place to put the plane...hmmm

    I can honestly say that that is the first selfy I have ever taken of myself. I always tell my wife that selfies are a disease when I see her taking one and have vowed to never take selfies but I'm glad I made an exception for this one...I guess maybe I'll make it a habbit :)
