    Yes, mount it after it's warmed up. I would def use foam behind it, vibration is never good and moving from plane to plane should not be an issue once it's warmed up.

    IMAC Wing Sheeting loose/glue never set?

    I've put a syringe into sheeting with glue. I'd use Gorilla glue and let it expand in there. Just use minimal amounts.
