2016 Annual Faro Field Big bird Fly In hosted by Skyward Hobbies and NorthWest RC

Hi All, Time to start getting word out about the 2016 annual Big Bird fly in at Faro Field. It will be held July 8th, 9th and 10th this year. We have moved the dates back a couple of weeks in hopes of avoiding the 100 degree plus temperatures of last summer.
We had a great turn out at last years event and hope to improve upon it this year. Jeff and Tina of Skyward Hobbies along with Tim Hanstine of NorthWest RC will be hosting the event and will have products available for purchase if anyone is looking for a new plane, engine or other shiny goodies you have wanted to get your hands on.
Dry camping is available on site along with local lodging and ammenities.
We do discourage dogs unless you have the ability to keep them penned up or inside your camper as there are several farm dogs that call the farm home.

Friday the 8th people can come in and set up camp and get in some casual flying with the possibility of a night fly if we generate enough interest for it.

Saturday the 9th: open flying with Hamburgers and Hotdogs provided at lunch time. Tim may have some ideas for a few events.
At dusk we will open up the night fly using two diesel powered light stands. "Tims smoke show under the
lights last year was fantastic."
Barbeques will be available for use if people wish to utilize them for dinner.
Not nailed down yet but possibly Bob Follet and friends getting together with instruments to Jam.

Sunday the 10th: open flying with Hamburgers and Hotdogs provided at lunch time.
