Spektrum AR9350 9-Channel AS3X Receiver with Integrated Telemetry

So I picked up one of these receivers to try in my Aeroworks Edge 540 50cc gasser.

By no means do I need help flying, just wanted to try it out.

I have to say I am pretty impressed with the stability mode of the receiver...

I had trouble with this plane doing elevators, it rocked hard. Not with this receiver. Also this plane is tough for me to hoover. The receiver also helped calm the plane down in a hoover..

Also now the plane flies like a trainer in stability mode...any body could fly the plane now...and Landing was a breeze

Now the head locking mode I am still messing with.

I do like the built in Telemetry module, so with out the extra module, I can see rx signal strength and voltage..

Has any one else tried this receiver and what do you think?

I've thought about picking up an AS3X receiver to play around with. But I haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm sure I will one of these days.
