IMAC Aero Tech 35% Velox Custom Build

Hey Guys, Lawnjockey here. Rob is building this plane for me. I got this from my my buddy Steve Davis a few years ago. What Rob is not telling you is that not to long after getting this plane I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon/rectal cancer. I have finally finished all of my chemo, radiation treatments and had the tumor removed. Rob did not have to take on this build, but he did.
One thing is for sure, I have not pressured Rob in any way. I told him to take his time. The plane is not a priority, but flying and living life is. So any progress is awesome. Rob is a true friend and a great guy. I am blessed to know him and his son Shane.
I look forward to seeing the finished product. I know it will be more amazing in person than any pictures will show. Keep up with the awesome work Rob. It was great seeing you today my friend.

So guys, give Rob major props for helping a friend, even when he didn’t need to. Thank you Rob.

Bruce

Hey Bruce,

Glad to see you pop in. I hope you are done with your treatments for good. Yeah, friends like Rob are hard to come by. The few that I have found like Rob have been through this AWESOME hobby. I wish you nothing but the very best with your condition and I hope you continue to be cancer free for a very long time. You may need to so you can fly your Velox. . . . . . . :lol2:. Sorry Rob, I couldn't resist. . . . ..

I appreciate your awesome appreciation. Now if I can just get you coaxed in to coming out and flying with me. Lol.

Truly great friends are rare to find. Even rarer still, truly great friendships that last years.

Rob, my hats off to you. You are the kinda guy that makes me proud to be part off this hobby.

Bruce, keep up the good fight. My sister is proof that stage 4 can be beaten, she went though it, 8 years ago!

You gentlemen are such amazing people. Thank you one and all.
