Don't know, his screen name is Donairplane over on the universe, last activity was 2016, check it out. The parts are laser cut and very nice.

I found out I pm'ed him 3 or 4 years ago on RCU. He no longer makes the parts. I may need to buy a mini bandsaw.

Well that is a shame, it will take a lot of work to make the parts with a saw and file. I have to make similar parts for the Champ and not looking forward to it. Still working on the landing gear struts.

I bought a piece of junk mini bandsaw for a $110 and went to work. This thing won't cut straight for an 1/8".

If I may suggest if a band saw is not cutting straight it could be several things doing it.
1 the guides are not set tight enough. Top and bottom.
2 the blaze is to narrow . New wider blade
3 tension to low.
4 wrong blade for the material or blunt or just a bad cheap blade. New blade.
5. If it always pulls to the same side then the teeth are not set right. New blade.

Side guides are tight but slightly too far back, as far forward as I can get them.

Blade is 18tpi x 3/8" and brand new.

Tension is maxed.

Saw is cheap but I needed a saw today. Proxxon or other better saw another day maybe.
