I have 5 Planes that are designated just for what I call (SNOW FLOATER'S) the Carbon Z 150, Big Timber, Mini Timber, a Cub, and now the E-1500 Twin Cargo plane. I leave the floats on all of them year round. Fly them all off snow and water. One thing I do like about the E-1500 is the ease, and little time it take to remove the floats and install the wheels. No linkage to mess with no adjustments to make, and the CG stays the same. Can be changed over in less than 5 minutes. The ski's are the only big looser, other then that I would recommend the
E-1500 to anyone looking for a Cargo plane. one other thing I like is the option for 1 flap section and two aileron sections on each side or two flap sections and one aileron by simply by simply removing and adding one spar one each side.

My youngest Daughter and family are here in Rapid City SD. They are from Phoenix AZ. I went out flying with my Grandson and Son in-law this morning at 8:00 am until 11:30. They flew my 2'1 Cessna 150 for their first time flying RC. We went through 7 6 cell batteries warming up in the pickup after each flight first my grandson then my Son in-law alternating between flights on the wireless trainer set up on two DX 8 transmitters. Was nice to see the big smiles on their faces after flying even though the bitter cold weather. Temp. 18 degrees and a light 7 mph cross wind and Sun Shine.

Received this one on Tuesday Did some detailing and painting on Wednesday and finish this morning and flew it this afternoon. The new Air Tractor from E-Flite flies great. Only took 3 clicks of up elevator right out of the box with out changing any linkage. I flew out three, 4 cell 2200 Admiral batteries amounting to just over 20 minutes. Video Coming Soon LOL!!!!! . Myself and a friend are designing a spray system for this Plane

Did a little snow time flying this afternoon. Now what is on the tires is all there from landing but all the stuff all over the rest of the plane is from while in the air. could really feel it at the end of the flight but it was fun.

BalsaDust. You need floats on that there Monster LOL!!!!!

I got them for it. I was taking off and landing in the gravel driveway where the snow hadn't started sticking yet at my parents house. last landing it just rolled into the grass. little bugger does fly great with floats though.

We had a great day this morning here in the Black Hill of SD. I had 8 batteries charged up to get some more flying time on the new E-Flite Air Tractor. I added a little more Blue on the rear of the Fuse. I flew out 8 batteries 4 4 Cell 2200 and 4 4 Cell 3200 for a total of over 1 and 1/2 hours of flying time low to the ground just having fun. Great flying Plane.
