Engine temperature sensor.

Have a question on a 2 cylinder engine if all things are equal. It’s baffled as good as you can, which cylinder generally runs hotter. I have one engine sensor which side would you suggest It be installed on Left or right side from the pilot seat.

The aft cylinder is always a tad hotter. It's usually closer to the firewall and has a bit less airflow.

Thanks for the info. I will have a look at the cylinder closer to the firewall and see if I can do some thing to improve that sides cooling.
