    The AMA does not have my PERMISSION to hand over my personal data (name/address/phone etc) to Register with the FAA. I will file against them if they do so without my permission.

    They don't have to prove that. They only have to say it. Unless you plan to spend Thousands if not millions suing the FAA to clarify with a Judge what can be proved. That is Gov't. We can enact any law/ordinance/etc we want. It upto you the people to protest overreach, if you can afford...

    Of course its quick and easy to sign up.......Because you are signing away all your rights! I will wait. $5 won't break the bank and the deadline isn't until Feb. Can't fly much now anyway due to the cold weather

    Registration is open to the public viewing........so your personal info is right there for anyone to look up and know you own R/C. You can bet any local crash/impacts.........media will search the site and potentially use your name in a news cast. NO THANKS!

    Yep...don't run the engine cowl on hatch off. Highr throttle isn't bad but the idle can shake and chip the paint

    Not all planes allow inside the canopy...especially once built. Here's the question. My plane...I'm registered. Can someone fly my plane or do I need them registered. What if it crashed.... My number is on the plane. What if I sell it and the number is inside a glued canopy.... Always...

    Regardless if you choose to sign up with the Govt...... I don't believe the AMA has the legal authority to register you with the Govt without your permission. And while $5 is no big deal now.....you can bet the Govt having your name means future issues when that turns to $50+, inspections...

    I need a DA120 or 3W110CS. Otherwise a 3W106 is going in it. And the BME100 (with converted ignition and CM6 plugs) will go in the Edge until the FW190 is done (its gets the BME100)
