    I have this same problem sometimes. My friend suggested using a little more elevator and add throttle. It helped me out a lot.

    Sounds good. I will be watching with anticipation. I was thinking a light 100CC'ish airframe might be a good candidate for this setup.

    Idle Up

    Yes. It is not a lot, but it helps a lot. Just like hone said, flip it on when ready for takeoff, and flip it off on final. My engine idles just fine with it off, but I like having the little extra at idle during high G maneuvers like pop tops and such.

    Moving up to 100cc questions

    2 battery inputs to each rx is enough. I would recommend the DLE120. It is an excellent engine.
