Yup....my son and I are drawing up some plans for what we want for all that. We have two Hitec X4 chargers plus a variety of other chargers as well. My truck is already set up with an Aux. battery tray. I think I will wire that battery for just trailer demands. Thinking I am going to wire it...

I finally got it and wanted to share my excitement. Originally I was going with a 7x14 twin axle. Yet, I got to thinking... Do I "REALLY" need something that big? I am pretty sure I can get at least 7-9 planes in something a little smaller. Sooooo..... I went with a 6x12 with extended height...

    Real Flight 7.5...

I will probably stop by. Oh hey Terry....got a bill in the mail today from Fed Ex. Apparently they want $1571.33 for shipping that 580 to you. It seems...(according to them) it was reweighed cuz I didn't weigh it correctly. Reweigh was 685 lbs. Think maybe you could help me out on this? It would...

What are you going to build in 2015?

You bought one of them didn't you? Cool.... You going to run the DA 70 win in it? I have a new 70 twin without a home. Been really looking at that one.

    Real Flight 7.5...

Tell ya what Mark, you come out here to Idaho in three months when the weather shapes up, and there will be a PAU 43% ready to fly. DLE222 for it will be here Monday. Then it's just a matter of getting servos in and blast that puppy off.

DLE-55 spitting too much gas back .

Not to worry John. Just take your time, lay things out methodically. And a little trick I sometimes use....cuz I'm gettin' old....hee hee, use your cell phone for picture reference. If all else fails...plenty of pictures on the net and lots of really cool Cats here on GSN that are willing to assist.

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

I suggest you stay with "tail dunken" at Wenatchee. Much less stressful on the rudder. LOL....Looks great Randy.:way_to_go: Oh, by the way....thank you for taking the time to give me your input. It helped a bunch.

DLE-55 spitting too much gas back .

Many forums around regarding the reed blocks, timing and overall carb adjusting on these little animals. Once done properly, that lil DLE 55 will preform like a well tuned 3dub. I have two of them running Bowman rings on both. All updates done and they are little screamers. Yanks my 30%'ers...

    Hangar 9 3.1M Sukhoi

Hopefully, mine will be done by the end of next week. As some may remember, I tossed around so many engine choices, I started to feel like I was ready for the loonie farm. First I wanted a 3W170CSTS. Very spendy motor. All things being considered, the csts 170 really isn't that much more...

    Hangar 9 3.1M Sukhoi

Most definitely. I bought 25 foot rolls when I did the recover on my 260. Sure made things easy with no seams. For what it is worth, Monokote does seem to have some brilliant color, but the mill thickness of Ultra is actually thicker and much more durable. I remember an older gent a number of...
