    Terry is 100% correct on this. The motor weight alone with no reinforcement will more than likely fracture the motor box where the smaller bolts go through the aluminum angle pieces. Even on a 50cc size plane, there is enough pull force on the firewall to break a firewall in time if it is not...

    Have to agree.... Supplying your "required" voltage or amperage should not be a problem. I personally use 20awg in everything. I hate them pesky connectors. The more you can eliminate from the equation that is a potential risk, the better off you'll be.

    Very cool James....I've been hearing a lot of pretty much exactly what you said. That is good to hear that everyone concurs with one another. Everyone using JR that is. LOL. Which in this hobby, don't happen much.:laughing:

    Awesome everyone. Thanks.... So I have decided I think I may just do it. Now...(and again, not wanting to start any wars) I will probably go with JR. XG11? 11X? Or.... ? Not too worried about money. But want the best bang for the buck.

    Tyler; What I do to lay down trim and small pieces is I turn the heat way down on my iron. (Remember to use a sock) You will want it warm enough to the touch that it does not burn you or overly "HOT" feeling. But still warm enough to transfer the heat to the covering. Lay your trim into place...
