    Throttle and choke servos

All my setups are designed this way: Motor bolted directly to firewall with appropriate hardware. Throttle servo mounted in servo tray as designed by manufacturer or of own design. Typically servo tray is epoxied to the inside of the fuse or servo cut out in motor box somewhere. Dubro ball links...

    35% or larger?

Ya know...depending upon your motor choice, you can outfit that 42%'er for just about the same money as a 35%'er. For what it is worth.., On my 42% 260 I run (2) each HS 7954SH servos on the ailerons. One each of the same on the elevators. And two HS 7980TH on the rudder. Including the HS 5665...

    35% or larger?

Lee....it really depends on what you are wanted to do and your future goals. There really is a lot to consider. I think many of the guys here would agree with what I am about to suggest. While the "REALLY" big birds are so much fun to have and they are easier to fly than a small glow (shudder)...

    IMAC H9 CAP 232

Then all I can say is: Fly that thing like you stole it! You apparently have been given a gift more precious than most of us will ever realize. That ole' saying, "you only live once" is more true the older and more feeble you get. Just to be able to be semi vertical, to take a breath and look at...

It looks like to me, (being your first gasser) that you're doing a clean and k.i.s. installation. Thumbs up. The only thing I would have mentioned is exactly what Bunky said. However, you clarified it with your reply. I've used those Sullivan "Golden Rod" clevises with the safety locks on many...

IMAC JTEC/ Radiowave 3.1m competition series

Sound familiar? Oh um well uh....yeah! It's amazing how them little "gotta be perfect" tasks turn into a complete nemesis ya know? But the nice thing is, once you are actually done with said process, you step back...taking a very scrutinized look and it's almost spontaneous....the little smile...

IMAC JTEC/ Radiowave 3.1m competition series

I hear ya. An "unfinished" look just doesn't seem right. One side without the other. Or the top without the bottom. I guess I am too anal to just do one side. My 260 had four colors I had to match in. It was worth it in the long run, but really took a lot of time. the Suk on the other hand, was...
