    PAU 30% Sukhoi SU-26 ARF 50-60cc

Terry.....I see you followed my advice on cutting the cowl.:funny-laughing-smil Actually, after a few not so perfect, (not bad) but certainly not perfect attempts, I started doing as you outlined. And yes, it is actually very easy. Not to mention, far less frustrating and less disappointing when...

Awesome Robo.... Been wondering what would be a good fit. I really didn't like the wheels that came with the plane.

Very nice! I am excited to see how she flies. I've always loved the Sukhoi. Ever since my first some 20 years ago. Goldberg with an OS Gemini 160 twin. Can't wait to get this big Hangar 9 done.

    Shizznit Happened

Ain't it the truth? I have a:having-a-nightmare: every time I watch one of the "glow guys" string his igniter from his box around the front of the plane where the prop can snag it, or they have to reach to remove it. Eeek.

    3.1m Sukhoi SU-26MM

Well, I think I answered my own question. DA 150 is 80mm horizontal and 90mm vertical. While the 3dub 157 is 60mm horizontal and 100mm vertical. Well crap.... Anyone confirm this please?

    3.1m Sukhoi SU-26MM

Quick question to everyone with this Sukhoi. Obviously the firewall is pre-set for a DA150. Drilled and blind nuts installed. Will a 3W157 bolt right in or will I need to re-drill the holes?

Show us your bad ass plane!

Now truly..that is absolutely bad azz.... the sleekness of an Edge, the "finis" of a 260, combined with stability of a 300, A solid statement of your absolute greatness. You are a master.... Would love to see a video of how it flies. Very cool plane award....

Ok...memories.... here they are. Sukhoi number one with the Gemini 160 Twin. Sukhoi number two with the Saito 180. One lives....one does not. LOL 6248=2427-Goldberg Sukhoi.jpg 6248=2428-Sukhoi Gemini 160.jpg

Well....since we are sharing horror stories of the air, here is my little contribution. Will try to make it short. LOL... Many years ago when I started flying, my most prized airplane was my Goldberg Sukhoi. I set it up with an OS Gemini 1.60 twin. Sounded sooo cool. It had enough power to fly...

Dang it man....I am sorry this happened to you. I do hope you mend quickly. I have been very fortunate. Up until the last two years, I have flown at least some form of "nitro" motor. And for nearly twenty years, I felt safe...but very cautious. Over a year ago, I watched a member at our field...
